The Referral Centre & Single Point of Access

The Referral Centre manages all referrals and acts as a single point of access for anyone with mental health or wellbeing needs aged 18 and over living in the LB of Sutton or with a Sutton GP.

Self or Professionals referrals can be made via: the Sutton Uplift website, in person, phone; or email.

For those wishing to self-refer by telephone, the initial contact will be with the Single Point of Access staff who will make contact with you to book an appointment with the appropriate team. A swift and appropriate response to all referrals is ensured by input from IAPT Clinicians, Wellbeing Navigators and Medical Professionals within the Referral Centre.
