Complex depression, anxiety and trauma
Many people with depression, anxiety (obsessive compulsive disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder) and trauma will be helped by the psychological therapies (IAPT) and wellbeing services. However, there are some who have more complex presentations and require a more intensive treatment pathway. For example, someone who has moderate to severe depression that has not responded to a number of different antidepressant medications in combination with talking therapy from IAPT.
