Coping With Stress
An engaging and laid-back workshop aimed at discovering how we, as individuals, respond to stress in our lives. We will look at developing the tools needed to cope with both expected and unexpected stress and focus on different ways to manage stress and learn new relaxation techniques and strategies.
Duration: 1 ½ - 2 hours
We Will:
- Explore the four ways stress can affect us in our daily lives
- Develop new tools needed to cope with both expected and unexpected stress
- Learn new practical strategies to cope with stress: breathing exercises, relaxation skills, grounding techniques and mindfulness
