"Even if they are not sure whether therapy will help them, or if they feel in any way too embarrassed about what others will think of them, to seek help, I would urge them to do it. Trust me, you have everything to gain. And absolutely nothing to lose."

How To Refer

There are several ways you can access psychological therapies. You can click on the Contact tab at the top of this page and complete the self referral form, or you can telephone us on 0800 032 1411 (option 1) / 0203 513 4044 to refer yourself. If you would prefer, you can visit your GP and ask them to refer you.

What Can You Expect

Once we receive a referral, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for one of our clinicians to call you to discuss your difficulties. This call normally takes 30 to 40 minutes. This initial phone session helps us to understand the problems that you would like support with. It will involve completing some questionnaires as well as answering some questions. We then work together to decide what options are best for you.
